This series consists of the administrative records found in the collection. There are four files that are separated by correspondence, invoices and cheques, legal notices and staff records.

This material appears to have been accumulated by Viv Lavis during the final months of the Willesden Chesebrough-Pond's site, before its closure. She then displayed the material in a museum in the factory during its final months (see December 1989 issue of LinkLine, Ref Code CBP/1/5). Viv Lavis was an Administrative Assistant in the Personnel Department, and also a "Willesden-based roving reporter" for the company's Open Line magazine.
