Miniature vase/cup with three small triangular feet. Decorated with a red shield on the front. On one side of the sheild is two crossed swords which indicate the Dean and Chapter of St. Paul's Cathedral. On the other side is part of the arms of Middlsex County Council. Three seaxe (Anglo-Saxon notched swords) can be seen.
There is a yellow sun at the top of the shield which could be a reference to the Willesden Local Board and at the bottom there is a motto in Latin' Laborare est orare' 'Work is Prayer'. Beneath the motto it is marked 'Willesden'. On the base it is marked as W.H. Goss and a Goss Hawk. Made in Stoke on Trent.
