Materials relating to housing. Includes newsletters, and information booklets produced by various organisations such as Brent Council, the London Research Centre and Brent Housing Aid Centre. Also includes copies of Brent's Development Plan 1996-2006 newsletter in various languages, a small history of the work of London County Council and Greater London Council architects 1888-1974, an information pack by the Greater London Council and a magazine article interviewing Reg Freeson MP about housing ownership. There is a survey of the tenancies on the Chalkhill, South Kilburn and Stonebridge estates entitled Who lives Where? There are reports on the rising cost of housing in London and it's effects on public service workers 1989, on the action taken following the wind storm of 1954 and one on race and housing.
