    Deeds and other papers relating to the tenance and compulsory purchase of 1088 Harrow Road (formerly Evesham House, 27 Victor Terrace) regarding the compulsory purchase of lands by the Harrow Road and Metropolitan Tramways Company. The property was leased on 25 Mar 1904 from Henry William Cunningham of 1 Bloemfontein Villas, Dalling, Hammersmith to Mrs Harriet Blethyn of Westram House, Victor Terrace, Harrow Road, wife of Mr William Bletyn, furniture dealer, for an annual rent of £40, and on 10 Apr 1907 by Mary Cunningham and Mary Priscilla Cunningham of Dalling, Hammersmith, to Mrs Harriet Blethyn. Mr Bleythn had in 1904 been served notice of the intention by Harrow Road and Metropolitan Tramways to compulsarily purchase land, and subsequent papers, dated 1907-1908, include instructions and case for the opinion of council regarding the opposition to the compulsory purchase.
