Herbert wrote and produced this peice of music. It's theme is one of peace and goodwill and helping each other as well as one of promoting inter-racial harmony. He feels that this subject ia all the more revevant now when there is of the growing fear of war on a global scale as well as the more local increase of gun crime. Through this he wishes to create a harmony between all the different people, cultures, religions and ethnic backgrounds that comprise the community of Brent.
