The records include logbooks, staff and admissions registers, songbooks, prospectuses of the school, souvenir programmes from school dramatic productions, charity and commemorative functions and parents evenings. There is also a collection of photographs and selected issues of of the official school magazine, "The Kilburnian " and school sports fixture and team lists. Additionally, there is also a substantial amount of memorabilia produced by the Old Boys Association, which was an official society with a newsletter, regular meetings and a calendar of sports and social events which are well documented.

Kept at the school until their transfer to Brent Archive by Mr Brilliant, the latter-day headmaster who retired in 1988.
