Scope and Content
This album contains adverts for Vaseline, Pond's, and Odorono products from 1938 to 1958. Some are photocopies, some are original cuttings from newspapers. The cuttings have been arranged and labelled. There is a photocopy of a letter from Charles Dickens expressing his "very high opinion" of Vaseline, along with accompanying correspondence from 1964. This album also contains a CP World Report from June 1961, several cutout pages from CP Word between 1956 and 1959, and the September 1967 issue of C-P News (see CBP/1/1 for more on CP World and CBP/1/2 for C-P News).
